   Hello Momma's

   I was just wondering if any of you had tips for TTC. We have been trying for 5 months with the 3rd and it's not working- But honestly I am not charting or anything. When I go to a charting site I am lost at the get-go. We are doing the deed every 2 days. I really don't want to go to the Docs,I want that to be my last resort..

   So my Questions is- Is their any healthy ways to help TTC?

   Hey Kristal!

   For me i found that charting really helped. All you really need is a thermometer and a note book. There are certain things you can look for like cervical mucus that will also tell you when you are close to ovulation.

   If you are using lubrication sometimes this can hinder the sperm - so use something like Pre-seed or KY which are more water based and more likely to work with the sperm instead of against it.
