In true celebrity style, she has bounced back into tip-top shape and was looking absolutely amazing while leaving a nail salon in Beverly Hills on October 16. Gellar has been married to Freddie Prinze Jr. since 2002, and changed her name in 2007 to Sarah Michele Prinze.
