Step2 Toys Recalled

Today, Step2 announced a nationwide recall of approximately 56,000 Sand & Water Transportation Station Toys in the US and approximately 7,700 in Canada.  The recall is due to possible choking hazard if the light blue plastic wheels on the train cars detach.  No injuries have been reported yet.

These toys were sold at Target and other major retailers, specialty shops, and online retailers from December 2008 through June 2010 for $49-$59.

If you have this toy, you should immediately take the train cars away from children and contact Step2 at 800-347-8372 between 8am and 7pm M-F or www.step2.com  for free replacement train cars.
